About the Classes
The Italian classes are crafted for all levels of cooks, from novice to advanced skills. You will learn the basics of making dough and how to properly layer flavors that are unique to Italy. This is a beautiful experience that we recommend to couples or group of friends!
What will you learn?
My classes are opened to people who want to learn how to cook like an authentic Italian in classes that are taught by an Italian from the beautiful Puglia, Italy.
Using proven cooking techniques, your instructor’s teaching strategy is to start with the basics, from selecting the correct ingredients to learning the origin of each dish. The dishes are based on original recipes that are deposited at the Chambers of Commerce in several Italian cities. As you learn to make various doughs, sauces, and fillings from scratch, you will discover the pure joy of Italian cooking and fall in love with real Italian cuisine.
Where?
The cooking classes are hosted in a beautiful Italian-style villa on Alessandro Heights in Riverside. The stunning setting overlooks a citrus orchard with outdoor scenery that is both romantic and communal. You will Enjoy the company of wonderful people in a small group setting. The seating is spacious enough for everyone to cook and eat the dishes that they have prepared with their own hands from scratch. Added to the scenery are homemade appetizers, desserts and wine made by your gracious host/instructor.
